May 2026 Newsletter

Many of you know that over the past several years, I have been helping care for my mother as her health declined. Because of this, I have been more absent than present in my business. Being a caregiver for an aging  parent is time-consuming and challenging, but I do not regret a single moment of it. I am also incredibly grateful that we were able to move back to our hometown area almost three years ago, as it gave me precious additional time with her that I would not have had if we had remained in the Huntsville area. Sadly, my mother passed away on March 30, 2026.

Over the past two months, I have been working to get processes, office space, and more updated so that I can return to being fully present in my business and providing the best customer service possible and helping you preserve your precious family memories.

I have been working hard on my Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to improve and automate processes and better serve all of you. In order to continue with these processes, if you will take a few minutes and fill out this Google Form, I would greatly appreciate it.  It will help me know more of how you want to be communicated with and what products and services you are most interested in.

I have also been working on getting my class schedule ready so that we can start classes again in June. Classes will be hosted virtually through Zoom and you can register on my website at www.elegantphotosolutions.com/training.  The new class schedule will be posted by the end of day on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Beginning soon, I will post a weekly newsletter to my website each Friday. These newsletters may include organization information, helpful tips, Zoom links, upcoming events, special announcements, and more.
