Technology has always been a useful tool for organizing, protecting, preserving, and sharing memories. Artificial intelligence is one of the tools I may use to support my work at Elegant Photo Solutions.
I believe in being transparent about that use while keeping personal attention, professional judgment, and human connection at the center of everything I do.
Artificial intelligence may assist with tasks such as:
· Brainstorming and developing ideas
· Drafting and refining written content
· Research and summarization
· Developing concepts for graphics and creative materials
· Organizing information and planning
· Streamlining administrative and business tasks
AI helps make portions of my creative and administrative work more efficient, but it does not replace my experience, judgment, or personal involvement.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material is not automatically published as Elegant Photo Solutions content.
I review, revise, and approve content before it is intentionally published or shared as my work. Final decisions about the information, recommendations, and materials produced by Elegant Photo Solutions remain mine.
Privacy matters when using any technology.
I do not intentionally provide confidential client photographs, private client materials, or personally identifying client information to general-purpose AI tools for marketing, experimentation, or general content creation.
Some graphics, illustrations, written materials, or other creative content may include AI-assisted or AI-generated elements.
AI may help with the creative process, but I remain responsible for the direction, selection, refinement, branding, and final approval of materials used by Elegant Photo Solutions.
When additional disclosure is appropriate, AI-assisted content may be identified with an accompanying notice.
I use AI because it can help me work more efficiently and spend more time focusing on the people, memories, and stories behind my work.
But technology does not replace the most important parts of Elegant Photo Solutions: personal attention, thoughtful judgment, respect for privacy, and genuine care for the memories people want to preserve.
