It has been much too long since you’ve heard from me, and I’m very happy to finally be reconnecting.
This year brought several unexpected changes for my family. My mother became very ill and passed away, and much of my time afterward was devoted to handling her estate and helping care for her husband. At the same time, my son moved out, and between those changes, my full-time work schedule, and the hours I spend traveling back and forth to work, there simply weren’t enough hours in many of my days.
I share this not as an apology, but because many of you have been clients, customers, and friends for years. I didn’t want my absence to go unexplained.
Things are beginning to settle, and I’m excited to get back to doing more of what I love—helping you organize, preserve, protect, and enjoy your memories.
One of the biggest projects happening behind the scenes has been a complete rebuild of the Elegant Photo Solutions website.
The new website will become the central home for information about my services, FOREVER products and services, upcoming events, educational information, and resources.
You’ll also find Elizabeth’s Corner, where I’ll be sharing articles, tips, news, updates, and inspiration about photo organization, preservation, privacy, family history, storytelling, and more.
There is also a new Member Area where you can stay connected and access member information and resources as they are added.
I’m looking forward to finally welcoming you to the new site!
As part of simplifying how I stay connected with everyone, I’ve created a new public Facebook page: Elizabeth’s Corner by Elegant Photo Solutions.
This page will be the main Facebook home for Elegant Photo Solutions moving forward. I’ll use it to share new posts from Elizabeth’s Corner, upcoming events, helpful tips, news, reminders, and other updates.
As part of this change, I will be archiving my two existing Facebook groups—Photo Fun and Organization with Elizabeth Shaw and the private Elegant Photo Solutions group. Rather than trying to maintain information in several different places, I’m bringing everything together so it will be easier for you to know where to find me.

Many of you have asked when classes will return. They are coming back!
I am currently working on rescheduling classes, workshops, Q&A sessions, and other events. Rather than sending schedules in several different places, upcoming opportunities will now be added to the Calendar of Events on the website.
That means you’ll have one place to see what’s coming up and find registration information. More dates will be added as the schedule is finalized.
As Elegant Photo Solutions gets back into a regular rhythm, you’ll begin seeing more of the things I’ve missed sharing with you—photo organizing and preservation tips, privacy information, genealogy and family-history ideas, FOREVER news and specials, creative inspiration, and practical ways to enjoy the memories you already have.
You do not need to tackle everything at once. Sometimes preserving your story starts with one box, one folder, one photo—or one question.
And if you aren’t sure where to begin, that’s okay. Reach out and tell me what you have and what you’d like to accomplish. We can figure out the next step together.
